Review wording of Coercive/Controlling Behaviour to reflect CPS guidance.

What the petition asks
Recent inclusion of Controlling / Coercive Behaviour in an intimate/family relationship in Domestic Violence legislation is written in such a way as to exclude thousands of parents (mostly men) who no longer live with their partner and face DV by constant obstruction of contact as recognised by CPS

2b A & B live together &
(i)they are members of the same family, or
(ii)they have previously been in an intimate personal relationship with each other.

Prosecutors should also note that in some cases female perpetrated abuse against male partners...Some women may use children within the relationship to manipulate a male victim, e.g threatening to take away contact rights.
