What the petition asks
We believe that people who abuse the use of our Emergency Services such as the Police & ambulance crews should be recharged.
Whilst it is important that the principle of the NHS being free at the point of use is maintained, those who abuse it on nights out in town should be recharged a fee of £50.

Following the disturbing pictures of people getting drunk over New Year, the time has come for firm action to be taken by HM Government.
Whilst there is nothing wrong in enjoying yourself on a night out, there are always some who spoil it for others.
With our ambulance crews & police already stretched, the time has come to adopt a more robust approach.
Ambulance crews & police should be dealing with those who genuinely need their help rather than people who needlessly get drunk.
Recharge them.
