What the petition asks
Britain has a vast amount of derelict buildings. Ranging from multi-million pound mansions on London's 'Billionaires Row' to buildings of cultural/historical significance. Redevelopment is required. Forcing higher tax and action/development plans would pressure owners towards development/sale.
Letting these buildings rot is atrocity when development and investment are an opportunity. Action is required to force change.
