To allow home educated children the same services that school children have

My child has never attended school yet recently has displayed classic female autism symptoms. I have had to go back and forth to my doctor for a year to even get referred to a peadiatrican and have been told that if i want access to services i should simply put her in school.

Also Autism diagnosis is different from hospital to hospital and should have the same diagnosis criteria yet i know families who have been battling for years but i also know families who have been diagnosed after just one meeting even though this is against guidelines
