Urgently improve train services in South East London

What the petition asks

The population demographic of South East London has changed markedly in the last few years. Transport provision, especially train and tube have not kept up and are now dangerously underprovisioned. Thameslink trains to / from Sevonoakes in particular are operating massively over capacity
Poor management is partly to blame as highlighted in the Office of Rail Regulation report into Thameslink's poor performance.

The effect of lack of capacity is increased station dwell times which create further overcrowding
