What the petition asks
Let's help Nick get transferred to a UK prison with the right to a fair trial on UK soil
So the sentence has been handed out as 5 years in jail for Nick Dunn after being found guilty of having weapons off the coast of India.
Nick is INNOCENT and this trial has been stacked against him from day one.
The aim of this petition is to demand that Nick gets transferred to a UK jail and is given a FAIR trial, if he is transferred here his family and friends can visit at least.
Nick is a good man. He defended our country. He is an Iraq and Afghan war veteran.
This should not and cannot be allowed to happen.
I cannot believe it has come to this, but the least we can do is try and get him flown back to the UK.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The UK Government doesn't have the power to do this. You could start a new petition calling on the UK Government to urge the Government of India to do this.
