Replace the A59 with a new road to be built over Blubberhouses and Kex Gill

What the petition asks

The A59 is a major East to West route. At it's highest point at Blubberhouses the road hillside has been patch repaired countless times. We need a new road putting in. Instead of paying for patch repairs why not build a suitable road?

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
