What the petition asks

We all know or have heard of the horrific conditions in which some animals are being kept, many are being abused, neglected & starved, some die due to this cruelty, more powers need to be put in place to ensure the regulatory authorities have more powers to put an end to this practice.

Lack of shelter
Lack of sanitation
Abandonment
The animal is tied or caged
There are chains/padlocks around or embedded into the animal’s neck
The animal shows evidence of being trained for/used to fight
The animal’s behavior is far from normal, agressive behaviour
There are too many animals living on one property
An owner being overtly violent against the animal, striking or otherwise physically abusing it
