Stop the Tamarisk Centre in Littlehampton being closed!

Rejected 17 signatures

What the petition asks

This centre is a lifeline for many of the elderly residents of both Littlehampton and Rustington. If this place is closed, many people will go back to being cut off from the community, & become isolated, once more. This is NOT how our elderly should be treated!

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Tamarisk Centre is the responsibility of your local council and Age UK.

You could raise your issue with a local councillor, who represents you. You can use this page to find out who your local councillors are, and how to contact them:
