Protect the graves of civilians killed by enemy action during WW2

What the petition asks
As many of the graves for those civilians who were killed by enemy action during WW2 were public graves in private cemeteries, and they are now unused for 75 plus years- it is possible that the cemetery can reclaim them. as they are effectively rented, and reuse them.
This has already occurred at New Southgate and is threatened at Manor park. We believe that these graves marked or not should be protected/ if need be by giving them listed status/ TO COMMEMORATE WHAT THE AMERICANS CALL THE GREATEST GENERATION
