Northern Ireland be the same fishing rod license as England ie 3 rods for 1

What the petition asks

Fisheries minister confirmed that the new license in 2017as of April will be for 3 rods not 2 Northern Ireland anglers would like this to happen at the same time
Parliament to discuss with Stormont and speak to DECAL to change the rules in Northern Ireland
We've just had news in that from Spring of 2017, the rod licence will be increased to cover 3 rods, a move that will please carp and specimen anglers alike see link below

Thursday January 21st, 2016 rod-licence When it was raised in parliament this week, Fisheries Minister George Eustice confirmed that the changes to the licence will take place from April 2017
As a growing recreational cross community activity this would greatly improve angling in general
