Fisheries minister confirmed that the new license in 2017as of April will be for 3 rods not 2 Northern Ireland anglers would like this to happen at the same time

We've just had news in that from Spring of 2017, the rod licence will be increased to cover 3 rods, a move that will please carp and specimen anglers alike see link below
