What the petition asks
Some genderfluid/trans people don't feel comfortable going into fitting rooms that resemble their biological sex. It can cause anxiety and distress for the costumer.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This is a choice for shops to make, not the UK Government or Parliament.
If you would like Parliament to change the law to require shops to do this, you could start a new petition asking for that.
