What the petition asks

To expand the 24+ advanced learning government backed loan to cover HGV license acquisition. There is currently a shortage of 45-50,000 drivers in the UK. Other industries are benefiting from the loan but not an industry that can create 50,000 jobs & whereby the loan could be paid back quickly.
