Like a 3 strike and your out 1st offence of proven bullying a letter gets sent home to parents 2nd time proven bullying letter home to parents plus fixed fine 3rd time proven bullying letter home to parents plus police involvement and/or higher fixed fine

Bully is still a major problem all over the world the facts speak for themselves. ...over 3.2 mil students are bullied each year over 67% students believe schools respond poorly to bullying 71% students report bullying as a problem in their school a staggering 90% of 4th to 8th graders report being bullied 160 thousand students a year drop out of school due to bullying 1 in 4 teachers see nothing wrong with bulling and will only intervene 4% of the time
