What the petition asks
Of 22000 HCPC registered Paramedics, only 40% work on the NHS frontline despite national recruitment drives. 1500 Paramedics are reportedly leaving the NHS every year. Despite 2000 newly qualified Paramedics since 2010, Qualified Ambulance Staff numbers have not increased.
