Allow school children to buy return tickets on buses before 9am.

Many children travel by bus to school but are not entitled to a authority bus pass as they are not attending their nearest school. These children should either be allowed to use the funding from the bus pass towards their travel costs or should be allowed to purchase return tickets on buses.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Local school bus services are the responsibility of your local council.
