To proactively support UK citizens seeking answers from Hotpoint re;tumbledryers

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

*Threat of fire caused by certain faulty tumble dryers made by Whirlpool, Indesit, Creda & Hotpoint. Recall implemented.
*Consumers have to wait up to 10 weeks from when they register their product but is infact months.
*Companies 'appliances are still safe'.
*We are getting no answers or help.
*Companies are insisting that the appliances are still safe to use if cleaned & not left unattended. Electrical Safety First & Andy Reynolds, Chief Fire Officers' Association, advise that they are not be used at all under any circumstances.
*There has already been one house in Guildford, Surrey burnt down. Also the death of a woman in Frankley, Birmingham is suspected to be a faulty tumble dryer.
*Even with countless calls, FaceBook messages & tweets, we feel that we aren't getting anywhere.
