Stop Jeremy Hunt imposing contract on Junior Doctors
Rejected
20 signatures
What the petition asks
The BMA have made reasonable proposals in negotiation which were support by the DH but which were vetoed by the Health Secretary in order to impose a non-negotiated contract. The imposition of a new contract when other cost-neutral options are available should be unlawful.
