Stop recording laws on vellum

What the petition asks
Recording laws on the skin of a young murdered animal is not only unnecessary & unethical, it is also expensive. Ending this practise of writing on dried baby skin could save at least £80,000 a year yet is continued for tradition. We request a move to archive paper, or digital recording.
