Make the sale and use of laser pens in the UK a Criminal Offence

What the petition asks

Following the Virgin Atlantic flight incident involving the shining of a laser pen on the aircraft yesterday, and also a far more dangerous incident involving a Search And Rescue helicopter in Scotland, it is time that doing this was a criminal offence with a mandatory jail sentence.
