Extend Brexit referendum voting right to ALL UK citizens resident outside the UK

What the petition asks
At the moment only those United Kingdom citizens who have been resident outside the UK for LESS than 15 years have a right to vote. There are many more who have been living in EU countries as native English speakers for longer AND with a job pre-requisite of citizen of an EU Member State.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
