What the petition asks

Ahmed Mansour Karni is a 4 year old boy in Egypt who has been convicted of 4 murders and attempting to kill 8 others at the age of 1. He has been sentenced to life by the Cairo Court however he is completely innocent. How can a 1 year old child commit murders and threaten law enforcement?
