Cabinet Ministers to submit Private Income, whilst in Office, to Employer
Rejected
16 signatures
What the petition asks
The proposed Junior Doctor's contract align's Junior Doctors terms and conditions with those of other NHS workers, and private income earned during salaried time must be remitted to employer. The same rules must be applied to all MPs.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
We can’t accept it in its current form as it is not completely clear what you would like the Government and Parliament to do. You could start a petition calling for all MPs to have to give up to the Treasury any income they get from a second job.
