Stop the advertising of fast food in the uk

Rejected 19 signatures

What the petition asks

We are told that the advertising of cigarettes is banned due to the effect they have on our health meanwhile fast food companies can advertise unhealthy food to not only us but our children lets put a stop to it and help build towards a healthier country.
We all know that fast food is bad for you, yet you can not switch on a media device without having it shoved down your throat (excuse the pun) once again if tobacco companies can not advertise then why should fast food for the exact same reasons.
