What the petition asks
Animals cant speak for themselves but they are abused on a daily basis and this needs to stop Now, The government needs to act to ensure that the person or persons doing the abusing are banned from keeping or being near any animal for life.
All abusers must also be brought to court and receive a proper sentence not just a fine or suspended sentence
