What the petition asks

By legalising medicinal cannabis on a prescription basis through the NHS for therapeutic potential and proven painkiller. As the NHS has ruled cannabis is safe to treat pain, millions of patients that are using cannabis illegally as an analgesic or as an alternative to chemotherapy.
