What the petition asks

I am petitioning against north wales police on there actions to run over a dog at high speed on the A55. I want action against the officer who did the deed,and the other people who told him too!!!!!

There plenty of evidence that the people have shared on facebook,ie a cctv picture of the motorway at 3 am and it wasn't busy!!
