Make horse travel on public roads safer.

What the petition asks

Horse fatalities on public highways can be reduced. We need to examine the current systems, guidelines and legislation and improve them and we need to educate driver more.
There are simply too many accidents. Education and understanding is the key, on both sides, and we need to address this sooner rather than later.
