Make horse travel on public roads safer.

What the petition asks
Horse fatalities on public highways can be reduced. We need to examine the current systems, guidelines and legislation and improve them and we need to educate driver more.
There are simply too many accidents. Education and understanding is the key, on both sides, and we need to address this sooner rather than later.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition in its current form as it does not call for a specific action from the UK Government and Parliament. You could submit a new petition calling for a specific action to make horse travel safer on public roads.
