What the petition asks
Cosmetics to medicences animals out there are being used and tortured for the sake of us!
Animals will be come extinct just for the needs of a lipstick it's a disgrace and should stop!
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The UK Government and Parliament can only make the law in the UK and could not stop animal testing world wide. The UK Government could, however, raise this issue with the governments of other countries. You could start a new petition asking it to do that.
