Discuss how the Isle of Wight council shouldn't get rid of lollipop persons

What the petition asks
I was informed today that due to council cut backs the Isle of Wight council are getting rid of all the lollipop people. The lollipop lady at my children's school saves a least 4 kids a week from getting knocked down by cars/vans. She makes sure even the older children get across the road safe
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
