Discuss how the Isle of Wight council shouldn't get rid of lollipop persons

I was informed today that due to council cut backs the Isle of Wight council are getting rid of all the lollipop people. The lollipop lady at my children's school saves a least 4 kids a week from getting knocked down by cars/vans. She makes sure even the older children get across the road safe

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Children's crossings and the budgets for them are the responsibility of your local council.
