Declassify and Remove D Notices on All Files of Crimes Against Children

All files and records pertaining to crimes against children (past and present) to have D Notices removed and declassified to allow those to apply for records seeking legal recourse. There should be no exclusion to any in the establishment who have committed a crime against children, as it brings into confllict with immediacy existing policy, laws and legislation. Also, records shared with other global agencies of this nature.
