What the petition asks
Healthcare staff administering chemotherapy are at risk of exposure to these toxic agents. The agents are carcinogenic, mutagenic & teratogenic. Long term exposure can lead to health implications. The use of closed systems when administering these agents can reduce the risk to healthcare workers.
