What the petition asks

I'm in a current situation where my ex partner has made past allegations which saw me arrested for something I didn't do this was all down to a cunning plan of hers. And il explain to you why.

This needs to be made illegal Mothers of children to stop them for having contact with father's is wrong . Especially for fathers who rightfully pay for maintenance and are on the babies birth certificate. I am on the birth certificate and also pay monthly maintenance with proof. I am deemed safe around children as police dropped charges of alleged assault which is something I didnt commit not only is this unfair on me it's more unfair on my daughter whom I haven't seen in months. I just can't afford court fees and shouldn't really have to take it to court anyway.
