Petition · past parliament
Lower the cost of breakfast clubs and after school clubs for working parents.
Rejected

What the petition asks
Breakfast clubs for working parents needing to get to work before school starts are charging extortionate fees to working parents, however if you are in receipt of benefits this service is free. Breakfast club can cost in excess of £72 a month and this can be financially crippling for families.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The Government isn't directly responsible for the costs of these clubs to parents. You could start a new petition calling for the Government to subsidise these clubs for working parents.
