Stop Scottish MPs voting against bills for England that are enacted in Scotland

What the petition asks
SNP voting against the Sunday Trading Hours Bill for England and Wales was wrong and selfish, as Scotland has more lax trading hours on Sundays so it is unfair that Scottish MPs vote against something to be enacted in England that is already enacted in Scotland.
