What the petition asks

Armed Forces personnel are unable to strike or have a Union. While we understand the need for the military to be able to conduct it's role without striking, the military also require a body to hold the MOD accountable for issues such as lack of kit, decent food, accommodation & pay to name a few.

I hereby ask the govt to look into starting an AFF whereby it is headed up with a mix of both ex Officers and Soldiers to put forward the case for current servicing personnel.
Fill Your Boots has become a social media hub for personnel to talk about a mix of issues from jokes and banter to kit gripes and poor accommodation.
I would also ask the Government to look into having Alfie Usher (ex 3 Para) as the first consultant in this AFF.
