What the petition asks
Allow the public to vote on the order private members' bills are debated on the days set aside for such bills. This facility (and the relevant bills) should be advertised and an interface, similar to this one, should allow the public to vote for the bills they want to be debated on the day.
The percentage of votes cast should determine the order the private members' bills are debated and also which bills are debated. A bill will need to receive at least 25% of the votes cast to be debated on a particular day, and debating time should be allocated by the speaker according to the percentage of votes cast for the qualifying bills.
