Enforce a time limit of 2 months for Hotpoint to repair/replace faulty dryers

Thousands of customers have been left with potentially lethal dryers from Hotpoint. Little seems to be getting done to rectify the problem with the majority of customers being told it could take upto 12 months to repair the dryer. Customers are being told to buy a new lesser spec model for £99.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This is the responsibility of Hotpoint.
