Make Education Maintenance Allowance universal for all school pupils over 16

What the petition asks
Educational Maintenance Allowance (EMA) is given to pupils who fall into the means tested limits set by government. This provides pupils with £60 biweekly. Universal payments would give all senior pupils a major incentive to fully participate in the education system.
