The National Lottery should be owned and regulated by the government or a Not for Profit company regulated by the government and all surplus income should go to charitable causes in the UK.

At the moment the ultimate owner is a Canadian Teachers Pension Fund who are receiving millions in shareholders funds paid for by people in the UK
