The new child maintenance service wants to hand over case sensitive information to exs like bank account numbers, this opens up opportunities for you to be traced to the area you live using the sort code, also using the payment to write messages. Leaving domestic violence victims unsafe

There seems to be no protection I myself have court orders that state no direct or indirect contact. I have had police involvement for stalking and harrassment yet this is still not being acknowledged. This is going to place many people and their children in danger and action needs to be taken to protect them
