Make Car Road Tax more fairer for buyers and sellers.

What the petition asks
Car Road Tax is unfair to the buyer and the seller, at present you have to tax a bought from from the 1st of the month and if you sell then you have to pay to the end of the month therefore the government are getting two lots of Road Tax for one vehicle as the old tax expires as soon as you sell it
As soon as the name changes on the log book the road tax that is on the vehicle expires but the seller pays to the end of the month and the buyer pays from beginning of month were in the past any road tax stayed with the vehicle now it doesn't therefore the government get two lots of road for the same car that's driving in the same road as it would be doing if the previous keeper had it therefore generating millions in excess road tax for one car
