Primary and secondary schools admission criteria to have a Twins/triplets policy

Rejected 11 signatures

What the petition asks

Parents of multiple birth children are given an unfair advantage when it comes to apply for schools. Whether its primary or secondary, sometimes this can go wrong when the school uses a random selection process in my experience when my twins were offered different schools.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. School admissions policy is usually the responsibility of either the school or local authority, depending upon the type of school.
