What the petition asks
We the undersigned do petition the Hm Government in light of Transgenderism being recognised as a Medical Condition to allow Diagnosed Transgender persons the right to change their Birth Certificate without resort to Gender Reassignment Surgery or need to apply for a Gender Recognition Certificate
It is now accepted by the scientific and Medical Fraternity that Transgenderism is a recognised Medical Condition , it is widely accepted that this is due to the breakdown of the SRY Gene . Brain scans carried out by several universities have shown recognisable differences in the Transgender Brain . Transgender persons are mentally Assessed prior to Diagnoses and are found to be at odds with their Gender as assigned at Birth . We are able to change other legal documents to represent our gender .
