Make Hotpoint replace all faulty goods free of charge as it's there fault

What the petition asks
thousands of disgruntled public are left frustrated by the lack of customer service provided by hotpoint, & are being forced to spend out for replacements when the fault lies with hotpoint
I have personal information & that from many others that have been unfairly treated by hotpoint, just as I have, purchasing there faulty goods, that have been put on product recall, to be told by hotpoint it can be modified or can pay a further fee for replacement that is substandard to our current models
