Make the re-selling of concert tickets by touts illegal.

What the petition asks
Touts are allowed to re-sell concert tickets on sites like Stubhub and Viagogo and they make obscene amounts of money (thus avoiding tax on their income) which deprives true fans a chance to see their favourite bands.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
