What the petition asks
Over the last 20 years, the UK government has increasingly used lies, smear and spin in presenting its case. Voters are being systematically misled on a wide range of issues. Truth and honesty are being sacrificed in a disgusting series of Government-driven attempts to subvert democratic processes.
A good example is the recent assertions about the Canadian/EU trade deal, which has taken 7 years and has resulted in an imperfect deal for the UK. Cameron would have us believe that a Post-Brexit deal would be slower and less perfect - but the reverse is certain to be the case, given that such a trade deal would have only two parties to accommodate instead of 29!
