We all know that burning fossil fuels damages the environment. Simply require all new cars to run on water instead of these scarce and environmentally damaging fuels.

We can't accept your petition in its current form as it does not call for a clear action from the UK Government and Parliament. The Government and Parliament can't require all cars to run on water, as a vehicle that does so is not yet widely available. You could start a petition calling on the Government to fund research and development into water-powered cars.
