Canterbury Council should invest in helping the homeless, not PSPOs.

The Canterbury City Council are introducing new powers in the form of PSPOs in order to make Canterbury free from "anti-social behaviour, such as begging. In doing this the council are investing money and time that could be used to help the homeless into further criminalising homelessness.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This is the responsibility of Canterbury City Council.
