Canterbury Council should invest in helping the homeless, not PSPOs.

What the petition asks
The Canterbury City Council are introducing new powers in the form of PSPOs in order to make Canterbury free from "anti-social behaviour, such as begging. In doing this the council are investing money and time that could be used to help the homeless into further criminalising homelessness.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
