What the petition asks

I am a 63 year old ex' photographer and some years ago I got an HND in 'cat & dog care'. I am an animal lover and hence my petition to try and help over low income pet owners keep their pets.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Veterinary fees to be exempt from VAT or reduced to 5% VAT (currently 20%).
